ACM Student Chapter IGDTUW organized its first Expert Talk on Introduction To Optimization Techniques for Social Good by Dr. Kirti Seth under Summer Workshop cum Internship 2021 on 18th June, 2021 from 10 am to 11:30 am. The session was attended by over 50+ enthusiastic trainees.Attendees gained knowledge about optimization time allocation problems, optimal budgeting, and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) Technique. She led a brief hands-on session about the Travelling Salesman Problem and discussed in-depth Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and how these techniques open new avenues for innovation.
